I would like to thank Marlize van Wyk (Consultant – Payments & Defaults Management) for the excellent service we received thus far. I lost my job in September 2017 whilst we were already under Debt Rescue. Obviously I was petrified as my first though was that we were going to loose everything.
Marlize explained the process in a plain simple way so that I could understand the consequences. She did however send me a document to complete which I returned with the proof that I lost my job. Since then we have been working with her and she keeps us in the loop with everything. She honestly needs a gold medal for being so professional, supportive, understanding, helpful but most of all, because she knows what she’s doing. She is just such an awesome person and I really hope the company realises that she is a huge asset to them.

I have been scared of Debt Review because of the way it was marketed by other people and Debt Review Companies. Ms LEBO simplified it for me and she was super-quick in assisting me and answering all my concerns and questions. I wish all the places dealing with Customers could be just like her. She is one of a kind. People of Ms LEBO’S Calibre are hard to find and replace, as she knows what Customer Service/Care is. While we were in the process I got three different calls from Various Debt Counsellors, because I made a lot of internet searches, but I had to decline them because of the way I was treated by Ms LEBO. Please keep up the good work and your excellent commitment to Service Delivery and Batho Pele. If I were a Manager I would have appointed you in my Company or Department. Thank you very much!
